1. If you would like to know more about movies in general, I would recommend (http://www.imdb.com/) as a good source of movie information. There's almost every movie you can think of in there, apart from most foreign movies (it's an american website, so all american films can be found there for sure). There's pictures, synopsis, date of release, list of cast and directors, critiques etc.

2. Another website which I happen to chance upon recently is (http://www.chasingthefrog.com/). It provides information on how "true" the characters or accounts are in the movies which claims to be "based on true accounts."

3. A good source for movie posters are available at (http://www.movieweb.com/). There's also a wide range of other stuff available there, TVs, latest news etc. Another good website is (http://www.impawards.com/2006/eligible.html).
