Personally, I think this film is overrated. The ending is quite good, I wouldn't say a total stunner but pretty heartwarming, and a little thought-provoking. I'm not a big fan of Keira Knightley, so while watching this movie, it was totally for the plot. It's not a very exciting movie I must admit, lotsa dialogue but well thought of scenes... prolly cause it's adapted from a novel. This movie is about a little girl who accused her older sister's boyfriend of raping another young girl in the woods. Whether it's a lie or not you have to find it out yourself. Her accusations changed the lives of those around her, including herself. The progression of the plot is a wee slow, but overall, you wouldn't have missed much should you give this movie a pass.
